Teresa Giudice claims Chief Keef plastered the inside of her mansion on the cover of his mixtape without getting permission ... so she's gunning to sue.

James Leonard Jr. -- an attorney for the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star -- tells TMZ she and her family noticed Chief put what looks like a pic of their Montville Township, Towaco home as the cover art for his new project, 'Mansion Musick.'

Leonard Jr. says this is clearly something Teresa and co. deserve to be compensated for, adding it's an invasion of their privacy.
It might be an uphill battle for Teresa -- the photo was once used to market the house when it was for sale a while back, so it's not exactly a private family photo. They ended up not selling.
BTW ... looks like Teresa's not a fan. She only found out about the cover art because one of Teresa's daughter's friends follows Keef and noticed the cover art matched the crib.
The mixtape dropped in July.
Another side note ... this house is one of the homes the Giudices nearly lost a few years back during their legal troubles. One of their NJ homes ended up getting demolished after it went up for auction with an opening bid of $100.
They managed to keep this one.
Chief Keef “Back From The Dead 3”
Chief Keef recently appeared on Matt OX’s debut album OX and now he releases Back From The Dead 3 just in time for Halloween.
The project contains 13 songs with contributions from Soulja Boy and Tray Savage. It’s been four years since fans received the last installment in Sosa’sBack From The Dead series.
The Glo Gang ringleader warmed fans up with “Action Figures” earlier this month. It was his first solo track since the release of The Cozart, which came shortly after his home was burglarized.
Listen below.
Just like that, we have the new mixtape from Chief Keef, as the Chicago rapper delivered the fifth installment in his The Leek series on Friday (March 23).

The new tape is Sosa's second mixtape release of 2018, following The Leek Vol. 4, which dropped earlier this month. On the latest version, the Glo Gang rhymer offers up 17 new solo bangers. The artwork for the project features a black-and-white image of King Keef sitting on a throne.
Aside from the music, Sosa has been keeping a low profile in 2018, following some legal issues that happened in late 2017. In December, it was revealed he had a warrant out for his arrest in California stemming from a minor car accident he was in in Hollywood back in September. When police arrived on the scene of the accident, they discovered Keef was driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was ordered to show up to court, but didn't, leading to the warrant.
He also had issues in April when he was arrested for DUI in Miami. It was later revealed he had eight drugs in his system at the time of his arrest including morphine, codeine, promethazine, THC, hydrocodone, norcodeine, dihydrocodeine and hydromorphone.
It looks like Keef is in music mode for 2018.

Chief Keef is back with a new mixtape. The third installment of the Chicago-native’s Back From the Dead series kicks off Halloween with thirteen tracks. Keef’s latest drop caps off last night’s performance at Irving Plaza in New York City, where he performed hit cuts from his Finally Rich album as well as a ton of crowd favorites. Back From the Dead 3 calls upon the likes of Tray Savage and Soulja Boy with the rest of the songs carried solely by Keef.
